Prepare the Package
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective covers are intact to maintain eligibility.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
